Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your new piece but if you would like to return or exchange, we can make that happen!
We offer refunds on all full priced items minus the cost of shipping (if an additional shipping fee was paid on your original order). Please contact us at email@example.com with your order number to organise a return authorisation. Items must be returned in their original condition with all packaging, dustbags and tags included. Cost of returning the items is responsibility of the customer and all return items must be post stamped within 30 days of their original delivery. We advise you return the parcel using a trackable shipping service with insurance as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the steps above for a refund on the original item and place a new order.
RECEIVED AN INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEM?
We take great care to ensure the item you receive is correct and in great condition but if a mistake has been made, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you can and we’ll sort it out. Generally, we’ll replace the item and cover the shipping cost of the return and replacement items.
