At this stage we ship to Australia and New Zealand. We’re hoping to expand soon so please keep an eye out for announcements or contact us at info@lustonelabel.com for specific information.
Standard delivery within Australia is free on all orders. Standard Delivery to New Zealand is $15. Please see more info on delivery here.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also accept PayPal.
Delivery is dependent on whether you have selected standard or express delivery. Please see here for more info on delivery times.
After your order has been sent, you will receive an email with an Australia Post tracking number where you can follow your parcel straight to your door!
All orders require a signature on delivery so it is best to choose a delivery address where someone will be present to sign for the parcel.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at info@lustonelabel.com with your order details as quickly as possible and we’ll try to assist. However, if your order has already been sent, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please see info regarding returns and exchanges here.
